Philadelphia Wedding Florist: Katie & Richard at Adventure Aquarium

I keep having this very complicated feeling of being sad that summer is over (my gardens are toast!) and glad that winter is here (my children have missed me!). We made it through the rush of the wedding season and are standing on the other side healthy, happy, proud, wiser, inspired and a wee bit weary. We just couldn't have done it without our dedicated team that always keeps me smiling (shout out to Dawn, Torey, Meaghan, Kelsey, Jessie, Christine, Adam, Krystal, MOM and all those that jumped in to keep A Garden Party going). There were so many special weddings in 2013, filled with so many special clients turned friends. Let me introduce Katie Williams to you, if you are lucky, you might already know this gem from DANCE U in Woodstown (she started Dance U a few years ago and every recital I attend I am just overjoyed for her success, her passion lives in her dancers). Her sister, Andrea, was married last October and we were a part of that party too. We are just loving these sisters <3 Of course, Tina Jay Photography, shared all of her beautiful images with us, she really is one of Philly's finest photographers. Always honored to work with her.

Here are the girls on the waterfront outside of Camden's Adventure Aquarium Currents Ballroom. I just love their champagne lace dresses and capelets, don't you? Your Day Your Way did their hair/makeup, always my fav!

I LOVE how her centerpieces brightened the room with fairy lights in the manzanita branches. She really wanted a different look and I think it came together perfectly. Philadelphia Wedding Florist - A Garden Party

Currents Ballroom at the Adventure Aquarium is know for being dark and hard to photograph....Tina made it look easy! For more images, see her blog post. Philadelphia Wedding Florist - A Garden Party
