Phoenixville Wedding Florist : Lauren & Tom at the Phoenixville Foundry

The downtown area of Phoenixville, PA is a strip of chic restaurants and shops.  There is an urban twist in this suburban area, and the Phoenixville Foundry proves to be the perfect event venue for those on the outskirts of the city with more modern tastes.  This was our first visit to the Foundry, but we're looking forward to drumming up some more work at this fabulous spot!

Our couple, Lauren and Tom were a lot of fun to work with - their modern, elegant style made for some truly beautiful images.  Of course, when Rachel Pearlman is your photographer, you never expect anything less than exquisite, and she always delivers.

Enjoy!

Lauren's bouquet was sweetly styled, with soft tones of blush and white found in hydrangeas, dahlias and roses.  Some stems of eucalyptus added a darker contrast to the mix.

Pretty girls!  Lauren's bridesmaids wore gold sequin gowns to complement the twinkling lights of the Phoenixville Foundry.   The girls carried bouquets of dahlias, dusty miller and roses to coordinate with the bride.

We kept Tom's bout very airy, with a small white spray rose, touch of waxflower and greens tied off with a shimmering gold ribbon.

The Foundry is a unique space with an open floor concept that also has an upper level that can be used for cocktail hour.  The high ceilings and windows make for an incredibly dramatic space, warmed up with golden hued drapes and wood flooring.  It is the perfect mix of modern and romantic.  For Lauren and Tom's ceremony, we placed pillar candles down the aisle and set up our pipe and drape at the altar.  Strands of cafe lights made the couple glow, along with our tall gold stands filled with curly willow and cherry branches flanking the couple.

Pretty gold mercury bud vases added life to the cocktail hour, with stems of greenery, dusty milller, roses and astilbe.

Most of the guest tables (left) used Lauren's hurricanes which we surrounded with a floral wreath.  The parents' tables (right) were a bit different with our glass cylinders with pillar candles, mercury votives and rose petals as a nod to mark their special place in the couple's life.

How gorgeous is this cake?!  We decorated this beautiful three-tiered dessert with a cluster of roses, eucalyptus and ranunculus to match the rest of the couple's decor.

Congratulations, Lauren & Tom!  May your love continue to shine!
