Published! Philly Mag Weddings
Well well well, wasn't this a great way to start a week! We are so flattered by Philly Mag's decision to publish a wedding that so heavily featured our designs. Our clients, Megan and David, went all out (no, really, all out) in making sure their Cape May wedding was overflowing with an abundance of floral arrangements.
Serena Star Photography captured this event just the way it was - a beautiful sunny day at the beach with lots of smiles, bright colors and surrounded in pink petals.
We've added our gallery of photos to give you a full idea about the planning that went into this Hotel Alcott wedding, but be sure to check out the article for all the sweet sweet details. Thanks, Philly Mag!
We told you it was pink! Different shades of lush pink peonies, ranunculus, astilbe and sweet pea were tied off with a blue and white striped ribbon for a quintessential nautical bouquet.
Okay, this beach ceremony was amazing. Our bamboo canopy was wrapped with sheer white drapes for a more formal look, and huge arrangements of gladiolus, roses and stock balanced out from the aisle entrance to corners of the altar for a true "wow" factor.
Ahem...note the quote, "flower farmer" in there? No wonder we loved this girl so much!
There were plenty of nods to the couple's love of the beach, such as this adorable miniature lighthouse, and driftwood bowls filled with sand to set the placecards.
With all the bold pinks in the flower arrangements, it was a nice touch to use gold lanterns and candlesticks for the centerpieces.
This delicious, 3-tiered cake from The Bake Works was the perfect display to tie in all the blue, pink and gold design elements found throughout the rest of the wedding.
Congratulations, Megan and David! Thank you so much for choosing to have us as part of this bright and memorable day - getting published shows we weren't the only ones who were in love with your style and selections!
