Upon acceptance by both parties, we agree to the following terms:
70/30 split (you make 70% of retail price, we take 30%)
payments issued via mail once a month on first Thursday of the month, no exceptions
A Garden Party reserves the right to merchandise the products as needed.
If AGP decides to pull unsold merchandise from the floor, vendor will be notified and will arrange for pick up.
We recommend visiting the store and checking out our products and displays before applying.
